Leopard Circuit, Viterbo

The FIA Karting event at Viterbo took place on the Leopard circuit. The event featured intense racing across the OK, OK-Junior, and FIA Karting Academy Trophy – Senior categories. The weather was warm and sunny, with temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius, requiring drivers and tyres to cope with the rising heat.

Spaniard Christian Costoya had a dominant performance in the OK category, securing pole position, winning all five of his Qualifying Heats, and ultimately winning the Final. In OK-Junior, Turner Brown initially took the lead in the intermediate classification after the Qualifying Heats, but it was young Frenchman Samuel Hugon who secured a surprise victory in the Final. For the Academy Trophy – Senior, pole-sitter Harrison Whitticombe won both of the initial Qualifying Heats, but Jules Avril ultimately claimed the victory in the Final.

All drivers on the podium chose Tillotson carburettors, powering drivers to victory.

3rd: Jacob Micallef (MLT)

OK-Junior Final:

1st: Samuel Hugon (FRA)

2nd: William Calleja (AUS)

3rd: Dean Hoogendoorn (NED)

FIA Karting Academy Trophy – Senior Final:

1st: Jules Avril (FRA)

2nd: Harrison Whitticombe (GBR)

3rd: Ates Birinci (TUR)
