The International Karting Circuit at MotorLand Aragón hosted the fourth and final round of the T4 Series season, bringing a historic inaugural championship to a close. Organised by the Aragón Automobile Federation (FADA) in partnership with Tillotson, the series concluded with 28 drivers delivering an exciting day of racing despite intense summer temperatures and a brief spell of rain.

Egea and Zambrano Seal Their Titles in Style

In the development categories, two of the season’s standout performers confirmed their championship-winning form with dominant displays.

In Mini, Alejandro Egea completed a perfect finale by winning both races of the day, securing the championship title in convincing fashion.

The Junior category also saw a commanding performance from Alí Rafael Zambrano. Following a brief red flag period caused by rain, Zambrano quickly reasserted his pace and went on to win both races, sealing the Junior championship with an impressive display of consistency and speed.

Close Battles Define Senior Category

The Senior class provided some of the closest racing of the day, with victories shared between two drivers.

Antonio Martínez claimed victory in the opening race before Joan Sala responded by taking the win in the second final. Thanks to his strong overall performance across both races, Martínez secured the overall event victory at MotorLand Aragón.

However, the Senior championship title went to Guy Bity Wekselman, who expertly managed his points advantage throughout the weekend. A measured drive allowed him to secure the championship and complete a successful season campaign.

A Successful First Season Concludes

With the chequered flag falling on the final race of the year, the inaugural T4 Series season came to a successful conclusion. The championship has provided an accessible and competitive platform for emerging karting talent, laying strong foundations for the future.

MotorLand Aragón now turns its attention to the upcoming Racing Weekend, which takes place on 19–21 June at the circuit’s main speedway facility.
