Important Reminder
- Drivers entering the event must hold a minimum National Karting License, for the age category they wish to enter, issued by an ASN affiliated to the FIA.
- As per FIA International Sporting code, Article 2.3.7, Competitors and Drivers who wish to take part in a National Competition organised abroad can only do so with the prior approval of their own ASN. Each driver must present Start Permission at the event, if it is not already included on the ASN issued license then a letter from the issuing ASN is required.
- In addition to the above, each driver under 18 years must have an accompanying adult with an Entrants License. An entrant may not have 2 drivers in the same category.

Some key Updates
The updates above are a simplified outline of some of the key updates, it is still recommended that you look at the full documentation for your race category to ensure you comply with all regulations.
Scrutiny – Technical Control – Material Sealing
- Every driver must undergo scrutiny and technical inspection, with authorization for the use of only one kart chassis and one engine throughout the event.
- Every driver must have their kart chassis and engine sealed with distinctive, scannable event seals during the technical control procedure.
- Participants who have registered under “Ticket Option 2” and are equipped with their T4 Kart package are required to complete scrutiny and technical control by 18:00 on Wednesday 1st October. Without the event seals on both the kart chassis and engine, these drivers will not be allowed to partake in Thursday’s practice session.
- Should any damage or technical complications arise, the substitution of a kart chassis or engine is permissible solely after receiving approval from Tillotson and the subsequent resealing by Technical Control officials.
- The verification of all seals will occur at the Parc Ferme entry gate from Session 1 on Thursday 2nd October. Access to drivers will solely be granted upon the system’s approval of the barcode scan.
Driver Info Packs
Driver Packs will be available to collect as soon as the paddock opens on Wednesday 11am.
Each pack will contain:
- vouchers for material collection
- race numbers
- driver name stickers
All Drivers are allocated a time for driver sign on based on category, check event schedule.
Transponders will be available to collect from Event Reception – Thursday from 15:00. If you have not pre-paid for a transponder you will need €60 cash to hire one at the event.
Paddock Rules
- Strict Open and Close times of paddock as per schedule
- No cars are permitted to enter the paddock
- Paddock passes are available to Option 2 Ticket holders with a service vehicle. Please apply by email to liza.giani@tillotson.ie
- No tents or awnings are permitted.
- No campervans are permitted in the main paddock. There is a designated area provided which costs €30 per day for parking, electricity and water. Please apply by email to liza.giani@tillotson.ie
*Refusal to adhere to any paddock rules may result in disqualification
Items to Rent
Only Option 1 ticket holders are permitted to rent these items. Rented items must be paid for at time of collection at the Tillotson Service Center. Rental cost of these items is non refundable and any items not returned will incur a charge at full retail value taken from their deposit.
- Lead weights €3 per kg
- Footrest €10
- Pedal adaptor set €20
- Pedal extension system €50
Kartodromo Lucas Guerrero – Opening Hours
- The Track is open for rental karting on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th of September. If you wish to make a booking contact them directly on +34 600 79 36 37
- There is no access to the paddock are from Saturday 27th September.
- The facility is closed from Monday 29th September, it will not be possible for any drivers to enter or to book rental karting. Please respect the schedule and only arrive at the track Wednesday morning for Gate opening from 11:00AM.
